Eberhart Capital Acquires Poling Express

Poling Express to join freight transportation companies Twin Express of Rogers, MN & Los Angeles, CA based Golden Drop in a bid to build national trucking company.

Omaha, NE, February 5, 2013– Continuing its strategy of acquiring trucking companies with distinguished reputations, strong customer bases, & long–‐term growth opportunities, Eberhart Capital, LLC has agreed to acquire Poling Transportation, Inc. (now Poling Express, LLC) in a stock and cash transaction.  Poling, a leading Omaha–‐based provider of temperature–‐controlled freight transportation, was 100% owned by Frank Lamer, Kevin Poling, & Pat Russell.

The Poling acquisition significantly expands the reach of Mr. Eberhart’s other trucking holdings, with combined service to more than 1,000 customers throughout the United States with terminals in California, Minnesota, & now Nebraska. This acquisition is the latest by Mr. Eberhart in the past year, expanding his customer base and driver roster.

The Poling acquisition follows Eberhart Capital’s very successful acquisitions  of Twin Express  and Golden Drop, which demonstrated the company’s unique ability to fully develop and expand the financial potential of well–‐ respected freight companies through the application of consistent customer service and innovative technologies on a national basis to create maximum value. The addition of Poling to Eberhart Capital’s portfolio enhances the company’s ability to serve customers with additional services, as well as more routes and hubs.
